MMGY Travel Intelligence is a portfolio of products and services designed to power travel industry decision makers through consumer insights, travel performance data, and audience

modeling and segmentation. We are currently looking for a Part - Time, Data Quality Specialist to join our Washington, DC team. The Data Quality Specialist will evaluate free form survey responses and categorize them appropriately. The Specialist will also perform quality control on client deliverables.

This is a part-time, remote role (10 - 15 hours per week) and may require occasional travel to our Reston, VA office.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Coding free form responses in our Performance survey of travel behavior
• Performing data validation
• Performing quality control on client deliverables
• Reviewing survey data from custom surveys as needed
• Reports to VP Analytics & Data Operations

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with MS Excel (proficiency with MS Access a plus)
• Extensive knowledge of US geography and travel destinations
• Knowledge of international geography and travel destinations
• Familiarity with US culture and travel behavior
• Knowledge of slang and idioms used in different regions of the United States (Our respondents are from all areas of the country and all socio-economic levels and education levels.)
• Extensive travel experience preferred
• Proficiency with a programming language preferred
